RoutineBuddies is a routine management app designed for children aged 5–13. It helps children complete daily routines through visual timers, instant rewards and gamification — built on 40+ years of published ADHD research. The app is intended as a supportive tool. It is not a medical device, therapy, or diagnostic tool.
New subscribers to the annual plan receive a 14-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to all features. You are not charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
RoutineBuddies is available as a monthly or yearly subscription through the Apple App Store. Payment is processed entirely by Apple.
We are confident that RoutineBuddies will help your family. Annual subscribers can try the app completely risk-free for 14 days. If it doesn't work for your family, cancel within the trial period and you are never charged. No questions asked.
BuddyBux is a virtual currency earned by completing routines. It is used to unlock avatars (Buddies) within the app. BuddyBux cannot be purchased with real money, cannot be transferred, and has no monetary value outside the app. There are no in-app purchases of any kind.
All content in the app — including bird avatars (Buddies), sounds, animations, notification sounds and text — is owned by RoutineBuddies. You may not copy, distribute or modify any app content.
RoutineBuddies is provided "as is." While the app is designed around published ADHD research, we make no medical claims. The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical questions about your child.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoutineBuddies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your family's privacy is fundamental to how we built this app. All data is stored locally on your device. iCloud backup is optional and stays in your family's private iCloud account. We do not collect personal information from anyone. The only data we can receive is anonymous, opt-in analytics — protected by a parent gate, processed in the EU. You own all your data and can delete it at any time via Parental data controls in the app (Settings → iCloud Sync). Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
